Overview
Noorcoop is a cutting-edge investment application launched by a team of financial experts and software engineers. The app is designed to democratize investment opportunities, making them accessible to both novice and experienced investors. Noorcoop provides a comprehensive suite of tools and resources that enables users invest in Real estate, Consumer goods, Agriculture and other profitable venture that requires funding. The application aims to simplify the investment process, empowering users to make informed decisions and achieve their financial goals.
Problem
‍The existing website of Acme Fintech has fundamental issues effectively communicating the company's value proposition to potential B2B clients. Users encounter various difficulties navigating through the site architecture to find information relevant to their businesses. Excessive financial jargon is used without clear explanations of how Acme's solutions translate into tangible business benefits. No clear call-to-actions exist to guide prospects along the conversion funnel. Coupled with a dated design lacking visual cohesion, these deficiencies result in users exiting the website without understanding Acme’s differentiation or why they should adopt the fintech solutions.Specifically, the website suffers from high bounce rates of over 50% and dismal visitor-to-lead conversion under 5%, indicating users quickly leave without engaging further. Industry benchmarks for fintech conversion range from 10-15%. It is evident a strategic redesign is imperative to craft messaging that resonates with business users, improve findability of content, provide clear conversion paths, and ultimately convey Acme’s value effectively. This will in turn nurture prospects into sales opportunities.
Task
As the lead UX designer for this web redesign project, my primary role involves deeply understanding target user needs, motivations, and pain points through extensive research. I will then synthesize those user insights to conceptualize and design solutions optimized for user experience, engagement, and conversions. My core responsibilities span conducting stakeholder interviews along with user research through surveys, interviews, and usability studies to uncover website challenges. I will create preliminary sitemaps and user flows based on insights, then design wireframes and interactive prototypes that optimize findability, simplify navigation, and boost conversions. My designs will focus on crafting a stellar user experience that effectively communicates the value proposition. I will collaborate closely with developers to oversee successful execution of my vision in Webflow. Post-launch, I will collect feedback, refine designs, and ensure continuous optimization. Overall, my focus is to create a best-in-class fintech website tailored to delight users.
